California Department of Industrial Relations

The Division of Workers’ Compensation (DWC) within the California Department of Industrial Relations monitors the administration of workers’ compensation claims and provides administrative and judicial services to assist in resolving disputes that arise in connection with claims for workers’ compensation benefits.

Electronic Adjudication Management System (EAMS)

You can search database information on active disputed workers’ compensation cases using the EAMS public search tool. However, note that this tool does not contain information on all workers’ compensation claims in the state.

Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board

This unique message board was set up to improve community input into the process of developing and adopting regulations and other documents used in the California workers’ compensation system, and to increase public participation in this process.
